Folding storage saves space, and the folded unit measures 48 inches long, 65 inches high, and 26 inches wide. The feedback monitor is a clear to read high resolution white backlit display that indicates all the necessary information including heart rate, the number of calories burned, the time and distance of the work out pace, and the speed of operations. The other read out functions will operate without the use of the heart monitor if the handlebars are not used.

The variable incline helps to increase the challenge of the elliptical training session and the various inclines help to target different muscle groups for targeted work out results.
