Smooth CE 3.7 Elliptical Trainer

The Smooth CE 3.7 Elliptical Trainer extends the line of Smooth Fitness Agile Dynamic Motion Technology elliptical machines. In general, elliptical trainers are gaining more popularity for home use over treadmills largely because of the pounding that treadmills induce on ankles, knees, and hips.

Elliptical machines have become more and more prevalent precisely because they reduce the ongoing wear and tear. New exercisers, heavier exercisers, and elderly exercisers often experience some sort of pain associated with joint wear, and elliptical trainers mitigate this problem.

The Smooth CE 3.7 with Agile Dynamic Motion Technology presents several features to make it very joint-friendly. The Agile Dynamic Motion Technology enables an exerciser to move away from the standard oval elliptical motion and select two other motion patterns. Instead of the backlit liquid crystal display (LCD) found on the CE 2.7, the 3.7 uses a light emitting diode (LED) display for improved visibility.
